One dashboard for live markets, on-chain truth, and estate-scale portfolios.

FinPulse needed an enterprise SaaS analytics platform—not another spreadsheet export. Intellixa Labs built FinPulse Dashboard end to end: real-time WebSocket feeds, a data engineering backbone for billions of rows, blockchain attestation for asset lineage, and an Estate module for multi-entity wealth and beneficiary reporting—so RIAs and family offices onboard in days, not quarters.

Business and engineering outcomes Intellixa delivered

  • faster enterprise client onboarding with self-serve dashboards and RBAC templates

  • <500ms

p95 latency on live portfolio and market feeds via WebSocket fan-out

  • Estate

module live—multi-entity hierarchies, beneficiaries, and consolidated net-worth views

  • SOC 2

ready controls for audit logging, encryption, and tenant isolation at scale

Platform capabilities

Next.js · WebSockets · RBAC

Real-Time SaaS Dashboard

Next.js enterprise UI with role-based access, custom charting, and WebSocket streams—analysts see positions and P&L update without refresh.

Kafka · Snowflake · dbt

Data Engineering Platform

Kafka ingestion, dbt models in Snowflake, and Postgres serving layers—normalized instruments, accounts, and estate entities from messy custodian feeds.

Ethereum · IPFS · Estate API

Blockchain & Estate Layer

On-chain attestation hashes for document and position snapshots; Estate module maps trusts, entities, and beneficiaries with immutable audit trails.

Enterprise fintech without a single source of truth

FinPulse sold to RIAs and family offices but shipped like a startup: batch CSVs, stale custodian data, and no way to prove what changed when auditors asked. Estate clients needed consolidated views across trusts and entities—most tools stopped at single accounts. Compliance wanted SOC 2 paths; product wanted real-time dashboards; leadership wanted blockchain credibility for tokenized and alternative assets without building a crypto exchange. Nothing connected.

How Intellixa Labs built FinPulse Dashboard end to end

Intellixa delivered a SaaS fintech stack in sixteen weeks: a data engineering platform ingesting custodian and market APIs into Snowflake with dbt transformations; a Next.js dashboard with WebSocket feeds and enterprise RBAC; blockchain attestation for snapshot integrity; and a dedicated Estate module for hierarchies, beneficiaries, and consolidated reporting. Custodian quirks stay in the pipeline—advisors see one trusted number in the UI.

Intellixa wired SaaS UX, data engineering, blockchain auditability, and Estate workflows into one product—not four vendors duct-taped together.

Executive summary

FinPulse is a B2B SaaS fintech platform for registered investment advisors and family offices who need real-time portfolio analytics—not end-of-day PDFs. Intellixa Labs built FinPulse Dashboard as the flagship experience: live data, enterprise security, and an Estate module for complex wealth structures.

The engagement combined product engineering with hard data and ledger work: Kafka and Snowflake for scale, Next.js and WebSockets for UX, and selective blockchain attestation where immutability mattered for compliance and alternative assets.

Engagement context—and how Intellixa solved it

Client: FinPulse · Industry: SaaS · Fintech · Engagement: 16 weeks · Services: Full-stack SaaS, data engineering, blockchain integration, Estate product module.

Intellixa ran discovery with compliance and advisor users first—then shipped vertically: pipeline → API → dashboard → Estate → on-chain attest—so each sprint demoed production value.

  • 3× faster enterprise onboarding with templated tenants and RBAC
  • Estate module: trusts, entities, beneficiaries, consolidated reporting
  • Blockchain: attestation hashes—not speculative trading UX
  • Data engineering: custodian feeds normalized in Snowflake, served in <500ms p95

The four problems we addressed

Stale analytics: Advisors refreshed browsers waiting for batch jobs—unacceptable for volatile markets and estate reviews.

Siloed estate data: Family offices tracked entities in spreadsheets; the product only showed flat accounts.

No audit defensibility: Regulators and clients asked what changed; FinPulse could not prove lineage across exports.

Integration debt: Every enterprise deal required custom ETL—slowing sales and engineering alike.

Sixteen-week delivery program

Weeks 1–4 — Data foundation: Custodian feed audit, Kafka ingestion, Snowflake schema, and dbt core models.

Weeks 5–8 — SaaS dashboard: Next.js UI, WebSocket market and position streams, RBAC, and charting library integration.

Weeks 9–12 — Estate module: Entity hierarchy API, beneficiary modeling, consolidated views, and advisor workflows.

Weeks 13–16 — Blockchain & launch: Snapshot attestation service, SOC 2 control hardening, enterprise pilot onboarding.

The Estate module

Estate is FinPulse’s answer to family-office complexity: multiple legal entities, trusts, and beneficiaries under one advisory relationship. Intellixa modeled entities as a graph—parent trusts, sub-accounts, and look-through ownership—then rolled up market values and alternatives in real time.

Advisors run estate reviews from one dashboard: drill from consolidated net worth to entity, account, and position—with export packages that include blockchain-attested snapshot IDs for compliance archives.

  • Entity trees and beneficiary maps—not flat account lists
  • Consolidated P&L and exposure across public, private, and tokenized holdings
  • Audit-ready exports with on-chain attestation references

Enterprise-ready outcomes

3× faster enterprise client onboarding using tenant templates, pre-built custodian connectors, and self-serve dashboard configuration.

Sub-500ms p95 on live feed updates for portfolio and market data at pilot scale.

Estate module adopted by pilot family offices within the first 90 days post-launch.

SOC 2 control set documented with audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit, and tenant isolation tests passed.

  • "We finally have one dashboard for trading desks and estate reviews—and auditors can trace a number back to a hashed snapshot." — Head of Product, FinPulse
